Booking & Cancellation Terms
Confirm your booking:
- Booking are made by email at info(@)taigaspirit.com
- We agree on dates, services, prices.
- You inform us of your contact details and others informations ( special diet, flights, …)
- You will receive from us a confirmation as soon as you get your contact details ( names , address, tel, email, nationality , date of birth) and arrival information as well as special diet,..
Payment :
- The balance is paid on arrival. Payment possible by credit/debit card ( visa/ Master card) , cash or a bank transfert.
Cancellation :
- If cancellation is made 45 days before arrival cancellation fee 100 € administrative cost.
- Cancellation fee 25 % will be charged if the cancellation is made 45 – 21 days before arrival.
- cancellation fee 50% will be charged if the cancellation is made 21 –7 days before arrival.
- Cancellation fee 75% will be charged if cancellation is made 7 -3 days before arrival.
- Cancellation fee 95 % will be charged if the cancellation is 3 days or less before the arrival.
Changes :
- Booking can be modified 2 times without extra cost and similairs services and if available.
- Office fee of 50€ will be charged for every additional change.
- The guest has the right to make changes on passenger details or to transfert the package to another person.No additional cost if the same package and same room type.
Others conditions:
Our guests are fully responsible in informing their flight details as well as any heath or special diet or allergies.
For compelling reasons we reserves the right to move bookings to another accommodation after discussing it with the client.
NOTICE : please notice that wildlife safari depend on nature and wild animals, weather conditions, there are totally free and wild so you can NOT guarantee 100% to see all the mentionned species but we do our best to get the maximun of species.
Travel Insurance:
We recommends travel insurances to cover unexpected costs.
Delayed/ cancelled flight :
In case of flight problems, please contact your airlines directly.
Inform us of the problem as soon as possible . Any extra transfert will be at the charge of the passenger.
